Site Manager for Alumbra Profilteknik in Järfälla

We work with many small customers who order special solutions, ranging from advanced prototypes, designed handles to solutions for new products that have barely hit the market yet. We prioritize quality and precision above all and value craftsmanship in every step.

About the role: As Site Manager with us, you will play a key role in leading our production. You will be responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly, that the team is happy, and that we continue our journey of constant improvements. Your main tasks:

• Lead and distribute work in production, which includes CNC machines for rolling, water cutting, turning, press braking, bending, etc.
• Follow up on quality routines and ensure that production maintains high standards.
• Be responsible for workplace environment, health, and safety in production.
• Plan production to optimize flows and manage any operational disruptions.
• Handle supplier contacts and coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience in production in a supervisory role who wants to develop with us. You enjoy working closely with your team, are communicative, and create engagement. Furthermore, you have a structured and problem-solving approach and the ability to plan and prioritize in a dynamic environment. Having your heart in the right place and trusting the team, which grows together, is important.
