The Role

• The position is currently shaped as a so-called "pool position", which means you should be able to change workplaces for a certain day/period at short notice (based on the needs of the organization) and you will not have continuous patient responsibility for patients over time.
• Currently, the work schedule is mainly evening shifts, but some day shifts are continuously planned.
• The degree of employment can be discussed based on your wishes and the needs of the organization.
• You will have patient contact, administrative tasks, and telephone advice.
• You will work with ordinary housing, care and nursing homes, and support for people with disabilities.
• You will guide and delegate health and medical tasks to care staff.
• You will work in both the northern and southern parts of the municipality, based in Östervåla and Heby.

About Us

We are a wonderful team of nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehab assistants, and coordinators within the health and medical care unit. With us, you will be involved and contribute to development. We want to hear your ideas and thoughts on development issues and quality work.

You will receive an individual introduction plan with us and a contact person who will help you settle in and introduce you to our systems and working methods. We collaborate closely and willingly with all colleagues in the workgroup, which gives us a common development.

Is This You?

Like us, you enjoy guiding colleagues in health and medical care issues. You are motivated to organize care in the best way for our residents together with us. You feel confident in your ability to prioritize, lead others, and take responsibility.

We want you to:

• Have a Swedish nursing license.
• Hold a B driver's license for manual cars.
• Have good Swedish skills, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have professional experience from municipal operations.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
