🎯 About the role

As a customer service representative at Miljonlotteriet, your main task is to receive incoming calls from our customers. An important part of the job is to handle calls from customers who want to cancel their subscriptions — here, your ability to listen, understand, and offer value is crucial. You work solution-oriented, guide customers through our offers, and contribute to retaining satisfied subscribers.

🧩 Your tasks

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers

• Actively work to retain customers through calls where cancellation is discussed

• Identify customer needs and present relevant offers
• 
  
• Document cases in our systems
• 
  
• Contribute to the team's common goals in both service and sales

💡 We are looking for someone who

• Is communicative, attentive, and has a positive attitude
• 
  
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving results
• 
  
• Has previous experience in customer service and preferably in sales
• 
  
• Masters Swedish in spoken and written form – other languages are a plus
• 
  
• Is a team player who enjoys developing together with others
