Huber+Suhner is now looking for a goal-oriented and customer-focused Sales Manager to drive and develop business. Here you have a fantastic opportunity to grow with the company and drive solution-oriented value-creating sales. The office is located in Kista, and you will be responsible for driving sales primarily in Sweden but also in the rest of the Nordic countries.

About the role
As a Sales Manager, you will drive sales and development of Huber+Suhner's business. You will work with a broad product portfolio and tailor the offering to meet customers' unique needs. You will work consultatively and create long-term relationships, engaging with both new and existing customers. You will target industrial customers within the railway industry. You will be responsible for sales targets and budgets and will also drive sales efforts through partners and selected distributors. In your sales work, you will visit customers throughout Sweden and in the rest of the Nordic countries. You will also represent Huber+Suhner at selected fairs and events.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education, good technical competence, business acumen, and strong experience in complex customized sales. We want you to have good experience in the railway industry, and experience in cabling and cable solutions as well as fiber optics/RF is advantageous. You work with both consultative and relationship-building sales, with both new and existing customers, and you have good experience working with contracts and bids. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, have good knowledge of the Office suite, and hold a B driver's license.
As a person, you are results-oriented and want to develop in sales. You have a coaching approach, are communicative, and enjoy providing excellent service to your customers. Building good relationships is important to you, and you thrive on being out in the field meeting customers and partners. Furthermore, you are structured and organized, and you enjoy working independently in a role with significant personal responsibility.
