About Villa Tilda

We at Agaton Omsorg are proud to offer top-modern and newly built accommodation for those in need at Villa Tilda's Psychiatric Residence. Villa Tilda is quietly located in Alingsås, close to the city center and community services.

The residence has 16 places where each resident has their own apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In addition, there are common areas such as kitchen/dining area and communal spaces.

In the residence, support is designed for those living there to be able to live as independently as possible with a varied content regarding employment, activities, and community. Each resident is assigned a contact person who is responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up regarding the resident.

About the Role

As a substitute worker, you are an important part of the lives of those residing at Villa Tilda. You are a valuable asset to support as needed during vacation, sick leave, or when we need to do that little extra for those living with us. Our goal is to make today better than yesterday for the individuals we have the privilege to care for. To achieve this, we need you!

We are looking for someone who may already have care and support education or equivalent or is currently in training and wants to contribute meaningfully in extra work with us. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for:

- We are now looking for substitute workers for vacancies and extra needs.

- Working hours day, evening, night, and weekend.

- Start more or less immediately.

- Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

- Relevant education or ongoing relevant education is an advantage

(e.g. nursing assistant with or without a focus on psychiatry, caregiver, treatment educator, social educator, support educator)

- Experience from psychiatric and/or care operations according to SoL/LSS is an advantage.

- Knowledge and experience of low-arousal approach and clarifying pedagogy and/or ESL (An independent life) is an advantage.

- A B driver's license is an advantage.
