About the Role
Are you a service-oriented and self-driven receptionist with experience working in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy taking responsibility, meeting customer needs, and handling both administrative and operational tasks? Then this might be the role for you!
We are looking for a receptionist for one of Sweden's leading companies in the grocery retail sector. Here, you will work in an organization characterized by commitment, collaboration, and a strong service culture. As a receptionist, you will be an important part of the office's daily operations and a central contact person for both internal and external visitors. Together with your colleague, you will create memorable service experiences and represent the company outwardly.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors with a high level of service
- Scheduling meetings
- Administering access cards and alarms
- Handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations
- Collaborating with the team and assisting with tasks such as room checks and other office-related duties as needed

You are a self-driven and responsible person who takes ownership of your role and ensures tasks are completed to the best of your ability. To succeed in this role, we believe you are outgoing in your service role and have a natural ability to spread joy and engagement in your work. Service is second nature to you, and you easily connect with people and adapt to customer needs. Given the fast pace, we see that you are flexible and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Your energy and drive keep you one step ahead, and you handle both planned and unexpected situations with professionalism, calmness, and a smile.
Requirements for the Position
- Experience in reception, administration, or a similar service-oriented role
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Completed secondary education
About the Employment
Employment Type: Permanent with an initial six-month probationary period
Start: April 2025
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
