About the Role
In this role, you will be a vital part of our customer service team, ensuring that our customers receive quick and professional assistance, both before and after their purchases. You will provide support via phone to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling service requests and scheduling technicians as needed
- Answering inquiries about deliveries, invoices, and spare parts
- Guiding customers to the best solution for their needs
You will work closely with technicians, salespeople, and management in our new offices in Kista, giving you the best possible conditions to provide first-class service.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is social, attentive, and has a positive attitude. You enjoy solving problems and are keen to find the best way forward for the customer. To thrive in this role, we believe you:
- Have good system and computer skills
- Communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Experience with SAP and/or Zendesk is a plus, but not a requirement.

Practical Information Location: Stockholm, Kista Start: Immediately Duration: Temporary employment until 31/8 2025, with great chances for extension.
