Reception Superstar/Guest Service Ninja at Gålö Havsbad

The position is a year-round role with varying tasks, making it fun, with no two days alike, and giving you the opportunity to dive into different projects. The resort is closed from 30/9 to 15/4, during which we prepare for the next season and work on projects, train, create fun experiences for our guests, go on study visits, etc. (and work a little less). In the summer, we move to our respective departments.

Summer Season: We work a bit more, with a rolling schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Work in service at the reception/store:

Bookings
Check-ins and check-outs
Conference group service
Tourist information
Inventory
Assisting with scheduling
Execution of various events
Ensuring cleanliness and adherence to routines
Working with social media and marketing

Winter Season: Time for projects and working a bit less, we work Monday to Friday. Booking, planning, updating, marketing, packaging, and recruitment in project form with other departments.

The position is permanent at 75%, annual working hours (the same salary every month, but the hours can be distributed differently over different periods), and we apply a 6-month probationary period.

Start date 1/5 or by agreement.

Gålö Havsbad is a resort, 35 km south of Stockholm, with 4-star camping cabins, conference and event facilities, cabins, activities, etc. Since we are located in a beautiful nature reserve with hiking trails and a popular beach, many day visitors also come to us. Guests come from the local area, Sweden, and Europe. Gålö Havsbad has had the same owners since 2005 and has a collective agreement, is a member of Swedish Camping and Visita. The resort is closed for guests in winter, but there is always a lot going on behind the scenes. In summer, we have between 35-40 employees, and in winter, 5 including you.
