Project and Logistics Administrator

We are looking for someone who is motivated by overall responsibility and thrives in a coordinating role where you can create conditions for success in an exciting company.

As a project and logistics administrator, you play an important role in our customer projects by supporting our project managers through coordinating contacts with customers and other external parties.

The business is very dynamic and constantly affected by external factors we cannot influence, so in this position, you will have a very important role in operational problem-solving, underlying planning, and ongoing administration. You will have a large network within and outside the organization where you collaborate and communicate daily with customers, project managers, warehouse and logistics, and our purchasers.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Order administration
• Arranging external transports with accompanying documentation (lifting instructions and shipping documents)
• Arranging bookings for service, inspections, and tire changes for the company's vehicles
• Providing snacks and lunch during customer visits
• Diverse purchases including work clothes and office supplies

Education and Qualifications

As a project and logistics administrator, there are demands for commitment, availability, and efficiency. Since the work pace varies, we believe you are a person who thrives and is driven by this, while it does not affect your structured ability. We also believe that you have a service-oriented and adaptable approach as well as good collaboration skills. Social competence is important for developing and maintaining good business relationships with customers and other external contacts.

This is an opportunity for you who have:

• Previous experience in administrative work
• Very good computer skills
• Experience with the Office suite
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English as we work with both national and international customers and suppliers.
• A completed high school education

It is also meritorious if you have previous experience with the business system Monitor ERP.
