Job Responsibilities

As a property technician, you will work closely with the customer. It is your task to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You will have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

Your tasks will include:

• Service work
• Repairs
• Maintenance work
• Installations
• Property rounds
• Operational optimizations
• Drive smaller improvement projects

Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes

• High school education
• Education focused on property technology/related industries or equivalent work experience
• Good system skills
• Good knowledge of Office
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Experience in construction/electricity/plumbing or similar is an advantage
