About the job as a Supplier Quality Engineer:

As an SQE at Jefferson Wells, working with our client in Sala, you will play a critical role in ensuring high product quality and meeting customer expectations. You will be responsible for identifying defects and underlying causes early in the development and delivery process and addressing them before they become delivery issues. Common tasks include:

• Responsible for KPIs and regular follow-up.
• Visualizing and reporting results using digital tools such as Power-BI and Excel.
• Inspecting incoming materials and managing supplier documentation in the Jagger system.
• Following up on supplier deviations in SAP and analyzing improvement goals.
• Conducting risk assessments during changes and assisting the Purchasing Department with risk analysis.
• Planning and conducting supplier audits based on needs.
• Following up on completed supplier visits with a focus on stable and predictable processes.
• Evaluating supplier performance annually together with Purchasing.

Who we are looking for:

At Jefferson Wells, we are looking for someone who is meticulous, analytical, and quality-conscious. You have a technical background and at least 5 years of experience as a technician/engineer or are a university engineer with shorter experience. To succeed in the role, you need to have:

• Experience in similar work.
• Good system knowledge, especially in Excel. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Ability to work effectively and independently.
