Who are we looking for? We are looking for social and ambitious individuals who are motivated to help customers. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment with a great team spirit. Our only requirement is that you have graduated from high school, speak fluent Swedish, can speak English, have a clean credit history (no payment remarks), and a clean criminal record.

About the role: As a customer service representative, you will assist customers with their payment solutions and deliver top-notch service. The work is primarily conducted via incoming calls, but also through email and chat.

Working hours:

Monday-Sunday: 09:00-23:00 (mixed shifts). 40 hours/week, full-time position. The position starts with a 6-month probationary period, with good opportunities for permanent employment.
