Are you a service-oriented and positive person? Then you might be the one we are looking for! Bahnhof, one of Sweden's leading broadband operators, is now seeking reinforcement for our customer service team in Borlänge to keep the operations running during the summer of 2025.

You will be Bahnhof's voice to the outside world and assist our private customers via phone – both when ordering broadband and when they need help with a connection that is not working as it should.

We are looking for someone who can work throughout the summer and also offers good opportunities for extension and permanent employment for the right person.

About the job

As a customer service representative at Bahnhof, collaboration is a central part of the job. Therefore, it is important that you communicate clearly, can explain solutions in an educational way, and adapt to the different needs of customers.

The cases you handle vary in both character and difficulty – but you don’t need to worry. Before you take your first calls, you will go through an introductory week with both theoretical and practical training. During this period, you will receive a thorough overview of Bahnhof's services, listen to customer calls, and always have an experienced colleague by your side who can answer questions. Additionally, you will have access to our extensive “in-house guide,” filled with technical solutions and troubleshooting procedures.

Our office is located in the heart of Borlänge and is characterized by a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Although the work is often independent, the customer service is permeated by a strong team spirit, where everyone is encouraged to come up with ideas and suggestions for improvement.
