On behalf of our client, Worknordic is now looking for a store and order administrator for a well-established company in Täby, northern Stockholm.

This is a recruitment assignment, which means you will be employed directly by our client.

The company is a growing player in the escalator and elevator industry. As a full-service provider, they sell, market, and deliver products and spare parts to companies within the industry. The central warehouse is located in Täby, where customers can pick up products in the store. Through the company's online store, customers can also order the requested products for delivery or by mail.

About the position:

As a store and order administrator, you will have a varied role that combines administration, customer contact, and practical work. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and enjoys working with both administrative and physical tasks.

Previous experience in the escalator and/or elevator industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and assist customers in the store
• Register and manage orders in the company's system
• Pack and ship orders
• Receive and check incoming materials
• Handle certain material orders
• Update and maintain the company's social media
• Keep order and structure in the warehouse and shelves in the store
• If needed, you should be able to deliver orders to customers within Stockholm

Qualifications:

• You have previous experience in customer service and order management
• You are a proficient computer user and can handle social media
• You have administrative skills
• You are proactive, can work independently, and take responsibility
• You hold a B driver's license

Previous experience in the elevator and/or escalator industry is preferred for this position, but not a requirement. If you have basic knowledge of WordPress, this is an advantage for the position, but not a requirement. A forklift license is also an advantage for the position, but again, not a requirement.
