Expediting Manager

We are now looking for an Expediting Manager who wants to contribute to the future of energy supply by optimizing material and component flows in our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and driving delivery processes from ordering to receipt. You will ensure that suppliers meet their commitments and work proactively to minimize delays and risks in the supply chain. The job involves a combination of strategic and operational tasks where you collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders. As an Expediting Manager, you will follow up and manage delivery processes for materials and components while ensuring that suppliers meet deadlines and fulfill contractual requirements. You will identify and manage risks related to the supply chain and coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and project teams to optimize the delivery flow. Furthermore, you will create and analyze reports on delivery status and potential bottlenecks while maintaining ongoing dialogue with suppliers to ensure compliance and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• You have several years of experience in expediting, supply chain, and project purchasing.
• You have a good understanding of contracts, supplier management, and purchasing processes.
• It is highly meritorious if you have worked in technically complex or industrial environments.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who is structured and solution-oriented with strong communication skills and is used to managing multiple parallel deliveries and stakeholders. You have the ability to manage risks and proactively solve delivery issues.

Start and application

Full-time, office hours. Our client wishes to start within 1-2 months, and the assignment is expected to last at least 12 months, with great chances of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our exciting client in Stockholm. Remote work is possible by agreement with our client.
