About Me:

I am a cheerful and active young woman, 33 years old, living in Solna. I enjoy going on outings and other activities that brighten my day, such as visiting museums, going to the cinema, taking walks in the woods, and dining out. It’s a big plus if you are familiar with Stockholm's cultural and leisure activities. Four days a week, I attend Day Activity without my assistants during the day.

About You:

I am looking for a female assistant who is energetic, proactive, and just like me, social and enjoys going on outings. Sometimes I feel tired and want to take it easy, and then you need to be attentive and able to read the situation. It is important that you are interested in getting to know me, and you will receive training and guidance regarding my disabilities (autism, developmental disabilities, and epilepsy). Experience in care, support, or educational work is an advantage, as is having worked night shifts before. With me, there is a sleeping on-call duty (5 hours/night).

My assistants are employed by Assistans i Balans, which means close communication with the team leader, a thorough and clear introduction that we start immediately, personal guidance, as well as ongoing education and training. You will receive the support you need to feel secure and professional in your role as my personal assistant.

The Position:

I am currently looking for an assistant for a long-term substitute position of about 30 hours/week (at least 2 years). One of the assistants has started studying after maternity leave. Varied working hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. To be employed, you must present a valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
