About the company

At Emploid, we are looking for more packaging operators for a pharmaceutical company operating in Malmö. Here, you contribute to ensuring that products that make a difference in people's lives reach customers all over the world. The company is in an expansion phase and is now seeking more employees for its packaging department. Initially, you will be employed as a consultant through Emploid, with good opportunities for permanent employment with our client in the future.

About the role

As a packaging operator, you will be part of a team that works to ensure the highest quality at every step. Your main tasks will include:

- Preparation of materials for production.

- Manual and machine packaging, labeling, and assembly of pharmaceuticals.

- Review of production documentation and records according to GMP.

- Cleaning and maintenance of packaging lines.

You will work in a modern production environment that uses both manual work and fully and semi-automated lines. During your training, you will receive support from experienced colleagues, and your willingness to learn and develop will be an important part of the team's success.

About you

We are looking for someone who thrives in a quality-driven environment and has a structured approach to their work. You are engaged and positive towards new challenges, while valuing collaboration and good communication with colleagues.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

- Completed and approved secondary education

- At least one year of work experience in production, preferably within process industry and/or pharmaceutical production or other technical work

- Good technical understanding to handle and operate machines

- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

- A driver's license and access to a car.

It is an advantage if you have:

- Experience with GMP

Your personal qualities are at least as important. You are meticulous, responsible, and helpful, and you have a natural ability to solve problems and maintain a high standard in your work.

Additional information

A background check will be conducted on candidates who proceed in the process. You will need to order an extract from the criminal record that you will present later in the recruitment process.

Start: Immediately

Location: Malmö

Scope: Full-time

Working hours: 3-shift. Shift 1: Mon-Fri 06:00-14:30, Shift 2: Mon-Thu 08:30-17:00, Shift 3: Mon-Thu 15:30-00:00 and Fri 14:00-22:30. You need to be able to work all shifts. At the beginning of your employment, you will receive an introduction and training to ensure that you are well-prepared for your tasks.
