We are now looking for a competent district nurse to join our well-functioning team at Doktor.se Katarina Bangata Health Center and to be involved in developing the future of primary care with us.

We are a small group of employees with very high competence, great ambitions, and good team spirit. The health center has just over 3200 registered patients and is beautifully located in Södermalm in fresh and modern premises.

About the role

As a district nurse at Doktor.se Katarina Bangata Health Center, you will work patient-centered and evidence-based, and you will be professional in your approach, prioritizing the patient. You will play an important role in creating security for our patients and contributing to continuity in their healthcare contacts, whether it involves physical or digital meetings. Your work will involve both independent assessments and close collaboration with doctors and other professional groups.

Examples of tasks:

• Conduct medical advice and assessments via phone, chat, or video, and triage patients to the appropriate level of care.
• Patient reception (including nurse-led receptions) and care.
• Acute patient flows.
• Participate in improving our digital and physical care flows to provide patients with a smooth healthcare experience.

About you

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Licensed district nurse (or in the final stages of specialist training).
• Experience (or education) in Asthma/COPD and diabetes is highly meritorious.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team to create safe and cohesive care for patients.
• Experience working in digital healthcare environments is an advantage.
• Swedish and English in speech and writing.

More practical details

• Desired start is the beginning of May, but of course, we will consider your notice period and preferences.
• The position is a permanent employment on full-time or part-time (80%) with an initial probationary period.
