Effectima Group as a workplace

Effectima is a group with four offices located in Tyresö, Sigtuna, Täby, and Nacka, and together we are about 40 employees. As an accountant within Effectima, you will have overall responsibility for delivery to and relationship with the client. Here in Tyresö, you will be part of a team of 13 employees who have extensive experience and broad expertise in accounting. We have been locally established in Tyresö for over 25 years, and we have many loyal and returning customers. Our clients mainly consist of small to medium-sized companies.

· Fixed monthly salary

About the position

· Full-time, 40 hours a week

· Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period

· Immediate start or as agreed

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is passionate about accounting and has a few years of experience managing the entire accounting process. You are driven and have a strong desire to develop, deepen your knowledge in accounting, and are unpretentious and open to learning new things. You are meticulous, pedagogical, and want to provide the best possible service to our clients. You are also a team player who contributes to a positive atmosphere in the workplace.

Competence requirements

· Academic degree in economics or equivalent

· At least 4 years of experience in independent accounting work

· Experience with own client responsibility

· Self-sufficient from start to finish regarding

- K2 limited companies

- Ongoing accounting

- Year-end closing and annual reports

- Company declarations

· Authorization via SRF or FAR is an advantage

· Experience working in an accounting firm is an advantage
