Responsibilities

As a Head Waiter, you will partially be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant with associated personnel responsibilities, primarily when the main responsible person is absent. The role includes:

• Preparation work, leadership, delegation, and regular service tasks.
• Leading and distributing work in the dining room before, during, and after service.
• Maintaining contact and following guests throughout their visit.
• Ensuring that the dining room maintains a good flow and that the schedule is followed.
• Conducting briefings with your team before and after service.

We believe you

• Have several years of experience in à la carte service.
• Have worked and thrive in a leadership role and possess modern and inspiring leadership skills.
• Have good knowledge of both food and beverages.
• Have the ability to work according to given processes and solve problems independently.
• Have a structured working method.
• Can communicate well in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
