About the Position

As a maintenance technician at Sherwin-Williams in Bellö, you will be part of the Maintenance Department whose main task is to maintain the highest possible availability of the factory's production equipment. You will work together to continuously improve personnel and operational safety throughout the production facility and increase the quality and cost-effectiveness of maintenance. As a maintenance technician, you will perform corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance work on all production parts of the factory.

The work is carried out with consideration to the operational and maintenance organization's requirements for the reliability and availability of production equipment. Tasks are prioritized with the Maintenance Leader and come via work orders, direct contact with personnel from the operations or other maintenance organizations, or on your own initiative. The work involves contact and collaboration with personnel from all departments within operations and maintenance.

Qualifications

You who are applying have relevant experience in technology/maintenance. If you have a focus, knowledge, and interest in automation and/or pneumatics/hydraulics, it is an advantage.

You can see connections and root causes of operational disturbances and initiate and drive improvement measures. It is important that you can collaborate with different people and positions.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, self-driven, meticulous, responsible, and who thrives and functions well both independently and in a team. You are proactive and initiative-taking and are used to taking responsibility. Good communication skills are important, both verbally and in writing.
