Job Advertisement: MAS/Quality Leader

Our MAS/quality leader is planning to retire in a few months, and we need someone new to join us!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As MAS within Pajala Municipality, you have a geographically large area to oversee. You are responsible for ensuring that regulations and other rules are known and followed. You ensure that necessary directives, instructions, and routines exist for health and medical care work, and that the municipality's nurses have the required competence in health and medical care work (HSL). The position includes information and investigation work related to Lex Maria notifications.

As a quality leader, you are responsible for leading the social services' quality work with the task of directing, planning, and following up on systematic quality management based on the requirements of the Health and Medical Services Act and other applicable regulations. The work involves developing, implementing, and maintaining the processes required to ensure internal and external requirements. In both roles, you are the "ear to the ground" regarding compliance and monitoring of the external environment. The MAS position also includes work with crisis and emergency planning, which you will collaborate on with the HSL operations manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

For the MAS position, we are looking for a licensed nurse. Experience in quality and development work, as well as work experience from the social services area, is an advantage. As a person, you should be articulate in both speech and writing, flexible, and have good collaboration skills. We see that you are engaged, creative, analytical, attentive, and have good pedagogical skills. A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position.
