ABOUT THE POSITION

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in our client's operations. You will become a valuable business partner for the ROW team (Europe & International) responsible for FP&A-related tasks in the region. The position is based at the European headquarters in Gothenburg, and you will report directly to the region's Senior Director of Finance. Your focus will be on analyzing and planning the company's financial operations. The role involves supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring that the company's financial goals are met through analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

The role is a parental leave cover starting in early June 2025 with an introduction and handover, ending on January 31, 2026. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis (FP&A) for the Europe & International region, including reconciling monthly results, explaining deviations from forecasts, and providing clear and insightful comments during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional team to drive financial discipline and accountability, including cost center management.
• Lead weekly meetings with the sales and customer service teams to steer actions and develop risk management plans to achieve goals.
• Perform proactive profitability and KPI analyses for various areas of the business.
• Participate in aligning the financial plan with the demand plan and in tasks related to inventory management.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has at least a bachelor's degree in finance
• Has 1–3 years of experience in similar financial roles, preferably within FP&A or controlling
• Has solid knowledge of accounting principles
• Has excellent skills in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Has fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience with SAP
• Experience working closely with the sales organization in a role as a Business Controller
