We are now looking for a Project Manager for Railway at Eltel Luleå!

What are my responsibilities?

As a project manager, you play a central role where you are not only the link between our clients and execution personnel but also responsible for ensuring that the project adheres to both time and budget frameworks. You ensure that the work is performed correctly and that resources are used efficiently to achieve both economic and quality goals. The focus will be on working with our client Trafikverket.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Be responsible for coordinating projects and activities within the framework of Trafikverket's operations, such as maintenance work and construction.
• Act as a contact person between various internal departments, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Manage and follow up documentation, reporting, and timelines for projects and activities.
• Identify and resolve any obstacles or bottlenecks that may affect project progress.
• Provide regular reports to project managers and management to ensure that goals and timelines are met.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

• Have experience in construction coordination, project planning, or work in contracting.
• Have an understanding of workplace safety regulations and safety requirements on construction sites.
• Have a B driver's license.
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and English.

It is also beneficial if you have knowledge of reading drawings, calculations, and technical descriptions. Additionally, experience working with digital tools and platforms for construction projects (e.g., CAD, BIM, or other planning tools) is advantageous.

As a person, you are meticulous and structured. You are clear and straightforward in your communication, and you have good collaboration skills as you will be in contact with many people. You have a flexible working style and can handle pressured situations with calmness and determination.

Additional information

The position is a permanent full-time employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period. Start date is according to agreement.
