Do you have experience in B2B service sales and enjoy building long-term customer relationships? Do you have an interest in people's health and working environments and like to work in teams to create value and results for the customer? Falck is now looking for an Account Manager based in Karlstad.
At Falck health and occupational services, we help our customers achieve results through people. We do this by streamlining organizations, developing leaders, fostering employee engagement, and contributing to positive working environments for our clients.
As an Account Manager with us, the focus is on the long-term development of customer collaboration, where the emphasis is on understanding Falck's offerings and the customer's needs, presenting solutions in an interesting, engaging, and business-like manner. This means, for example, that you will present demos in digital or physical customer meetings, where you will continuously answer the customer's questions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in tender work
- Working on the implementation of new customers
- Developing and identifying growth opportunities with existing customers
- Ensuring compliance with agreements
- Working with marketing activities and market monitoring
- Handling other administration related to customer work, such as quote writing
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an academic degree or equivalent
- Has experience in complex B2B service sales, preferably in similar areas such as work environment/health.
- Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Has good administrative skills and is an experienced user of IT support, such as CRM systems.

This is a permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time position (100%). Start date by agreement. The position involves travel, so you need to have a driver's license and preferably access to your own car for work.
