We are now looking for a creative and language-savvy UX Writer for an exciting consulting assignment at a customer-owned company in the banking and insurance sector with offices in central Stockholm.

The assignment is full-time and runs from April 7, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with the possibility of 50% remote work.

About the role:

As a UX Writer, you will be an important part of cross-functional, agile development teams working with digital services in pensions and corporate insurance. You will contribute clear and accessible microcopy that helps users understand and act – always focusing on a simple and positive customer experience. The role involves close collaboration with UX and UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders. You will report to the team's product owner and be part of a larger design team of about 40 digital designers.

Responsibilities:

• Write clear, inclusive, and accessible microcopy for web and app
• Participate early in the design process and contribute in the idea phase, research, and concept work
• Ensure that the copy follows tone, guidelines, and brand identity
• Adapt texts for different user needs, including screen readers and other accessibility requirements
• Explore and define user needs through research and collaboration
• Work closely with designers and developers to create holistic solutions
• Act as an ambassador for UX writing and user-centered design within the team

About you:

We are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, and who has a passion for making the complex simple. You are a communicative team player who dares to stand up for the user, and you are driven by contributing to strong digital experiences through language. You are used to taking responsibility, driving work independently, and have a good understanding of design processes and agile methodologies.

Experience and skills:

• At least 4 years of experience in UX writing in Swedish
• Solid understanding of UX and interaction design
• Relevant post-secondary education in communication, UX, or similar
• Ability to write clear and user-friendly copy for digital interfaces
• Experience working in agile teams and being involved in the entire design process
• Comfortable receiving and giving constructive feedback
• Familiar with following guidelines but also improving and developing them
• Experience with the SAFe framework or similar industry is a plus
