PFERD is a family-owned German company that takes long-term commitment seriously. We have been in the Rüggeberg family since 1799, and our business is founded on a simple goal: to make our customers' workdays easier and more productive with the help of our premium products.

We need you to strengthen our sales team and take over the world – or at least the district from Northern Stockholm, the northern coast up to Kiruna. The perfect base? Around Sundsvall/north of Sundsvall. There is enormous potential here, and we can hardly wait to see what you can accomplish!

As our new Technical Salesperson (or, as we like to call it, our next star salesperson), you will work from home and own your district. The days are filled with exciting meetings – everything from meeting new customers and showcasing our solutions to strategic meetings with large purchasing organizations. And you, we focus on quality and productivity – we are not interested in being the cheapest; we want to be the best and cheapest in the long run!

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting potential customers and business opportunities
  • Understanding the customer's unique needs and suggesting the best solution
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners
  • Presenting and selling PFERD's products
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who loves to win, possesses a strong drive, and most importantly, does not give up!

We believe that you:

  • Have a burning interest in technical sales and are as engaged as our customers
  • Love to reach and exceed goals – both your own and the team's
  • Want to change the industry with innovation and creative solutions
  • Are a team player who knows that you can go further together
  • Are not afraid to learn by making mistakes – we make them all the time!
  • Have experience in technical sales and/or a strong interest in technology that you can translate into business
  • Can handle a CRM system without getting a headache
  • Extra plus if you have a technical education and experience with cutting/grinding products – but we are most interested in your willingness to learn!
  • Have a B driver's license and are ready to hit the road
