About the Job

Burlink Transport AB is looking for a Traffic Manager who is engaged, driven, pleasant, and outgoing.

The main task will be to lead and plan the loading of our tank trucks that are spread across Norrbotten and Västerbotten, as well as our vehicles that operate for Smurfit Westrock around the clock, every day of the year.

The Company:

Burlink Transport AB is a well-established contracting company with about 40 vehicles, including tank trucks, construction vehicles, freight vehicles, etc., and approximately 65 employees.

We have our own fully equipped workshop for our fleet, but we also take on external work.

About the Role:

As a Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for daily operations. Your overall responsibility is to ensure effective planning for the daily work. Since the role involves direct contact with all drivers, a friendly and informative approach is essential.

We are looking for someone who loves challenges and is passionate about developing a growing business, where teamwork and collaboration are crucial, meaning you are ready to assist your colleagues. You will have competent and skilled employees at your disposal. You will be part of the company's management team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

We prefer that you have several years of experience in the trucking industry and also in a leadership role with personnel responsibility. We value your personal qualities and your ability to thrive in a team-based environment.

Previous experience as a Traffic Manager is an advantage, as well as good knowledge of tank truck transport.

Other Requirements:

Good computer skills. A B driver's license is required, and other driving licenses are advantageous.
