Your Role

As a Property Technician, your task is to monitor and manage the operation and maintenance of your assigned properties. You will work both independently and in teams, handling repairs, inspections, and maintenance within the property and on its inventory. You will also conduct technical and operational rounds. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining good relationships with customers and tenants by being accommodating and professional.

In this role, you will work with newly constructed residential properties located in three different places in Nyköping. The position is full-time, and working hours are Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Property competence through relevant vocational school or equivalent work experience.
• Several years of experience working as a property technician.
• Driver's license (B).
• Overall computer skills.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Technical property competence in property operations, with some electrical knowledge/competence.

Meritorious:

• Experience with property-related case management systems.
• Training in Hot Work, Fall Protection, Lift, Facility Manager Fire Alarm, Facility Manager Sprinkler, SBA.
• Competence in electrical, HVAC, construction, metalwork, locks.

As a person, you are social with a high sense of service and enjoy interacting with customers. You are quality-conscious and can plan and execute work efficiently. Furthermore, you are self-driven, responsible, and possess good communication skills.
