Today, Staffare has approximately 120 employees and operates in 11 locations with full-service facilities in Uppsala, Bollnäs, Hudiksvall, Timrå, Skellefteå, and Luleå. In Storvik, Västerås, Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Ängelholm, there are sales offices. The growing and prosperous Staffare AB is seeking a service technician for the workshop in Uppsala. At Staffare AB, every employee plays an important role in the constant effort to offer customers world-class service. Your Responsibilities

As a service technician at Staffare, you will be responsible for repairs, maintenance, and service of construction and/or agricultural machinery. You will have a central role in the company and work closely with customers to ensure that their machines and tools are functioning properly. As a service technician, you are the face of the company and therefore careful to maintain good customer relationships. The position is based in the workshop in Uppsala, but you will also be out in the field in all kinds of weather.

At Staffare AB, you can expect a stimulating and varied job where you will work with different vehicles and brands. You will handle everything from various service issues, advanced troubleshooting (electrical, hydraulic), as well as both large and small repairs.

Your Profile

We prefer that you have a vehicle engineering education and/or have worked with the service of machines and vehicles for several years, which has given you good mechanical knowledge. You are used to working independently and have the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve problems efficiently. You are a team player who enjoys good customer contact. You are also responsible, meticulous, and have a high quality awareness. A requirement is to be fluent in Swedish and proficient in English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work. A B driver's license is required for the position. You possess good computer skills.
