Hedemora Health Center is located in the municipality of Hedemora and has approximately 10,100 registered patients. We have about 45 employees in various professional categories such as doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, medical secretaries, care/rehab coordinators, and physiotherapists. Primary care is the hub of healthcare and aims to provide good, close, and safe care for our residents, a job that is important, enjoyable, and challenging. Nurse for the Clinic, Hedemora

Job Responsibilities

Are you a licensed nurse with at least 2 years of work experience looking for a stimulating and developing work environment? Then you have the chance to become part of our dedicated team at Hedemora Health Center! With us, primary care is the hub of healthcare, and we strive to offer good and close care. As a nurse with us, you will work with healthcare advice in the Tele Q telephone system, regular tasks at the doctor's office, district nurse's office/nurse's office, and assessment of care needs. You will also play an important role in directing patients to the right level of care and collaborating with other units within both the region and the municipality. We are now looking for a new team member to complete our team. Are you confident in your nursing role, a positive team player, and solution-focused for the patient's best?
