JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You who are applying should be interested in creating a pedagogical environment that challenges and stimulates students' development and learning. The pedagogical activities are based on each student's conditions and are built on teaching designed in accordance with the curriculum's goals.

As a teacher, you enhance the students' school day by inspiring, organizing, and conducting structured teaching as well as supporting the students' social development. You support the students and the school to become a safe, stimulating, and educational environment during the school day.

You are part of a work team and together with local student health and school management, you develop a stimulating, pleasant, and developing activity with safety and study peace.

We work with collegial learning that takes place both individually and in the work team. There is an exciting development work underway with the aim of creating a continuing education culture where educators support each other in the development of a good school.

We expect you to have a strong commitment to driving and developing digital and language-developing methods. In teaching, cooperative learning and the structures that support students' collaboration are used.

In a systematic way, you reflect on the practical work, individually and together with others, and keep yourself updated on new research, events in the world, and see development opportunities in the activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Eligibility to teach woodworking and metalwork at the primary school level. Experience is desirable.

OTHER

There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment is made based on the needs of the activity.
