Business Description

Norlandia Care Fäladshöjden is located in Norra Fäladen in Lund and is a nursing home with three departments for people with dementia and three departments for people with somatic diseases. Fäladshöjden has a total of 48 apartments. Fäladshöjden is beautifully situated and surrounded by lush natural areas. There are walking paths, beautiful outdoor areas, and glazed balconies, allowing residents to enjoy nature every day.

Job Description

Standard care tasks for nursing assistants in dementia and somatic care. The role includes quality, work environment, and environmental management work by collaboratively working towards the goals agreed upon with the operations manager using a person-centered approach.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and are attentive to others' needs, have a good demeanor, and possess strong collaboration skills. As a person, you easily adapt to new situations, are flexible, independent, and view new challenges positively. Other valuable qualities include a sense of responsibility, commitment, and attention to detail.

You master the Swedish language well enough to communicate with users and other staff. You understand the importance of documenting what the organization requires in writing. You recognize the significance of having a person-centered approach in your work with users.

You have at least one year of experience in care work.

Other meritorious qualifications - Knowledge of any quality management system, knowledge of Epsilon or other documentation systems.
