Are you a warm, meticulous, and empathetic person who always leaves a friendly impression in your work?

We are now looking for more employees for our department for outgoing donor calls. You will help make a difference for several fundraising organizations in Sweden and represent them in meetings with their donors.

You will call individuals who have donated gifts, thank them for their contribution, and convey the organization's message using a call script.

To enjoy the job, you need to like making calls and conveying the organization's message in a professional and friendly manner.

You contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the team and are always solution-oriented in your work.

You will be part of a team of colleagues who, with their diverse backgrounds and skills, strive towards common goals and contribute to a safe and inspiring workplace.

We welcome applicants with previous experience in phone work, but it is not a requirement for application. You will receive on-the-job training, and we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and abilities.

We offer a fixed salary according to collective agreements and occupational pension. Working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM for full-time. It is also possible to work part-time, but we would like you to be able to work at least 12 hours per week.
