Do you want to work as a preschool teacher at a small preschool with a Montessori profile where high quality, great commitment, and a strong belief in the child's abilities permeate the operations? We are looking for a qualified preschool teacher for our department for older children.

With Maria Montessori's principles alongside the curriculum, we believe in freedom with responsibility. It is natural for us that children are involved in their daily lives at preschool. They choose the activities and materials they want to work with, but they are also responsible for taking care of the environment, cleaning up after themselves, and being mindful of the things in their surroundings. In our work, we start from each child's inherent strength and desire to explore and learn together with others through play, social interaction, and teaching.

Qualifications

We see that you who are applying are a qualified preschool teacher with the authority to teach in preschool. It is an advantage to be an educated Montessori educator or to have experience working in a Montessori preschool.

About the preschool

Lomma Montessori is a Montessori preschool serving children from 1.5 years old. The preschool consists of two departments, one for younger children and one for older children, with a total of about 25 children. Lomma Montessori is run as a non-profit association, with a board of parents with children in the preschool.
