We need another service technician, this time for our workshop at SCA Östrand.

Your tasks include:

• Preventive maintenance and repairs of machines (including wood trucks and wheel loaders) and tools

• Customer contacts

• Supplier contacts

• Ordering spare parts

• Documentation in our IT systems

You will work in very close collaboration with other mechanics in the workshop, the foreman, and the service manager. You will also collaborate with our drivers and workshop colleagues at Bollsta Saw Mill.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a few years of experience in workshop work on heavy machines/vehicles

• Has good communication and collaboration skills

• Can independently plan, structure, and prioritize your tasks

• Has a genuine interest in technology and problem-solving

• Has basic computer skills

• Holds at least a B driver's license

Previous work and education in heavy vehicle mechanics is a significant advantage. Experience and education in vehicle electronics, hydraulics, welding, and cooling systems are meritorious. Hot Work, Mobile Work Platforms, crane, and AC certification are also advantageous.

The work is independent in collaboration with your colleagues, so your personal qualities are important. It is essential that you enjoy working with others and are positive and helpful. You take initiatives and find solutions to problems you see.

You plan your work, prioritize when something unexpected happens, and are meticulous - you want to deliver well-executed maintenance and repairs to satisfied customers and keep your workplace organized.

About the Company

The group's journey started in 1970 and is now run by the third generation of Engberg. We deliver machines, products, and services to meet the logistics needs of the forestry industry in the processing stage. With proven technology and innovative development of new systems, we are always at the forefront. Engbergs Transport Systems is the largest company in the group, acting as a contractor for SCA at both Östrand and Bollsta Saw Mill, where our workshops together have 9 mechanics.

The positions are 100%, weekdays, and on-call duty

Start date according to agreement. We operate under the Paper Workers' collective agreement.
