JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as a specialist nursing assistant with us means that you have a special assignment within the unit to increase quality for clients and employees. The role includes assisting the unit manager in development work to improve our operations and conducting guidance and training for care staff in areas such as dementia, psychiatry, digitalization, and family support. You play a central role in the unit's team collaboration. Administrative planning time is included in your assignment.

The work as a specialist nursing assistant in home care also involves working closely with clients in the operations. The needs of the operations determine how much time is allocated for this assignment; the distribution of time depends on the needs of the operations and may change over time. As a specialist nursing assistant, you are a driving force in the pedagogical work of the operations and possess good competence, a positive attitude, and ethical competence in meetings with both clients and relatives. Your task, together with the unit manager and colleagues, will be to drive and create an operation that is attractive both for our clients and for employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained specialist nursing assistant with relevant specialist education and has a strong commitment to care work. You have at least two years of experience in nursing assistant work. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.

You have a salutogenic approach, are attentive and engaged in a way that creates opportunities and conditions for both clients and colleagues. You should have a good ability to see the whole and the context while being able to consider the needs of individuals. It is crucial that you have good collaboration skills and can share information and ideas, both verbally and in writing, in a pedagogical manner. You adapt your communication according to the recipient, target group, and situation. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
