As a specialist nurse at Sahlgrenska University Hospital (SU), you will work in a fast-paced and educational environment where you perform nursing tasks at an advanced level. You are expected to contribute your specialist knowledge in your daily work on the unit, but we also want you to continue deepening your knowledge with your colleagues to develop care and drive SU forward.

We are looking for you
You are a trained specialist nurse or will complete your specialist training by June 2025.

We are looking for summer substitutes during the holiday period weeks 22-35 (May 26 - August 31). We prefer that you can work 8 consecutive weeks, of which 4 weeks in July.

We seek someone who is structured, can take initiative, and is skilled at organizing their work. You take a leading role when the situation requires it and are good at communicating with patients and relatives. Your ability to make holistic assessments in patient care is an important part of the job.

To ensure that we can offer our patients good and safe care, it is important that our employees have good language skills and the ability to communicate effectively in Swedish.

At Sahlgrenska University Hospital, care is provided around the clock, which means you may work day, evening, night, and weekends. Sahlgrenska University Hospital has a time quota linked to night shifts, which reduces weekly working hours for each night worked.
