About the Job

You will work with CNC-controlled machines where you will carefully prepare and monitor the machine you are responsible for. You will work in a team with knowledgeable and dedicated colleagues, where you will also become an important part of ensuring that work flows as smoothly as possible. The client works with several different control systems, and the business system is Monitor. The main tasks for the position include:

• Turning, retooling/set-up between new and old items, and monitoring the company's CNC machines
• Analyzing and evaluating measurement results
• Reporting completed work
• Performing daily maintenance and upkeep of machines/equipment, changing tools

As a consultant with us, you will have a consultant manager available to you who is responsible for your assignment, ensuring that you are satisfied and developing in your professional role. You will also have a responsible manager on-site at PartnerTech who will assist you in your daily work.

About PartnerTech Karlskoga AB

Our production facilities are located in Karlskoga and Filipstad and consist of approximately 85 CNC-controlled machining machines with up to 15 axes. Additionally, our facilities are equipped with modern equipment for non-destructive testing and optical measurement. We constantly strive to challenge ourselves to develop and live in a world where changes are seen as improvements.

We deliver products primarily to the defense industry, but also within the energy sector and automotive industry, which places high demands on us as a supplier, and we are certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

We are currently a medium-sized company that has already completed the first part of our growth journey; we know what it takes and have invested significantly in recent years.

About You

We are looking for someone with a CNC education and several years of work experience in the field. You should have experience working with computers and good knowledge of the Swedish language. We seek someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and organized, with a strong commitment and the ability to prioritize tasks. You are someone who goes the extra mile, driven by good results, quality-conscious, and meticulous. Furthermore, you are a person who enjoys collaboration and communicates well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Formal Competence

• Driver's license B
• Education in the CNC field
• Knowledge of the Swedish language to read and understand instructions and safety regulations

The position involves work that includes defense secrecy and requires Swedish citizenship. If you have dual citizenship, this must be stated in your application.
