Description

The Care Administration is seeking a nursing assistant for Hedegården's elderly care home.

The position is a permanent employment of 70-100% with start date to be agreed upon. The work involves day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Hedegården's elderly care home consists of six residential units, two with somatic focus and four for people with dementia. This position will involve working with somatic patients.

Responsibilities

The tasks include care work based on individual needs and health care tasks according to instructions or delegation from occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses. Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant with a genuine interest in working with people and who is creative and attentive.

Requirements include completion of the Care and Nursing Program or equivalent training as assessed by the employer. Approved grades in Swedish 1 and social studies at the high school level. It is an advantage if you have training and/or experience working with people with dementia.

Great emphasis is placed on good collaboration skills, experience in care work, and personal suitability. You should also be calm, positive, and able to work independently under responsibility. You have good skills in spoken and written language, good computer skills as documentation and the establishment of IBIC implementation plans are an important part of the work.

Requirement to have a protected professional title as a nursing assistant or to be covered by transitional regulations to be offered the position.
