About the Job as an Outside Sales Representative
As an outside sales representative with us at VA & Mark, you will be responsible for increasing our sales and creating long-term customer relationships. You will primarily be actively seeking new business opportunities and marketing Ahlsell's products and services. As an outside sales representative, you will build new relationships with our customers and manage them in the best way.
In the role of an outside sales representative, your main tasks will be:
- Independently plan your own sales work and actively engage with our customers
- Identify business opportunities and new customers
- Develop existing business relationships with customers and suppliers
- Provide professional advice on our products and services
- Collaborate with inside sales representatives and other colleagues

Are You the One We Are Looking For?
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills who can create trusting relationships. You are proactive and self-driven, enjoying working towards goals and achieving results. As a person, you are engaging, open, and responsible, with a strong focus on helping our customers develop their business.
Your background may vary, but we prefer you to have previous experience in sales and negotiation. If you also have technical understanding and industry-specific knowledge, we see that as a significant advantage.
As an outside sales representative, you need to be structured, service-oriented, and solution-focused. Your background may vary, but a technical interest and experience in administrative work will help you in your role. We also believe you have technical sales experience and/or a technical background in VA & Mark. You are motivated by creating good relationships and exceeding customer expectations as strongly as you are passionate about closing deals.
