Björkmans Bil Erikslund is growing and is now looking for additional reinforcement for one of Sweden's best Kia service teams. We are looking for a Service Advisor/Customer Receptionist who is structured and always prioritizes the customer's best interests. Job Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor/Customer Receptionist, you will work closely with our customers and be our face to the outside world. You provide cost estimates, sell service offerings, keep the customer updated on ongoing tasks, and evaluate completed cases. The role also includes warranty management, accessory sales, and partial responsibility for service booking/workshop planning. In general, you ensure that the customer is taken care of in a correct and professional manner. You will meet customers over the counter, via phone, or email. The goal is a satisfied customer with a hassle-free car ownership experience.

You are responsible for:

• Response time and staffing for incoming customers
• Booking workshop appointments
• Price inquiries for service, repairs, and spare parts
• Campaign calls
• Rental car administration
• Warranty cases
• Invoicing

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, trustworthy, and has good planning skills. We see that you have a vehicle technical education or a strong interest in vehicles. If you have previously worked with similar tasks at another service workshop, have experience from Kia, or our business system Kobra, it is highly meritorious. You should also be comfortable working with computers and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a lot of customer contact.

Great importance is placed on your personal qualities. To be able to further educate yourself with our brands or have contact with our customers, you should be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is a requirement.

As a person, we see that you are a team player who can also work independently. You are a cheerful person who does not hesitate to help others.
