About the Position

We are now looking for assemblers for our client Rolling Mill in Smedjebacken. In this role, you will have a key position in the assembly of mining machines. You will be part of a close-knit team where everyone supports each other and values an inclusive work culture. At Rolling Mill, you are given freedom with responsibility and the opportunity to influence the work through short decision-making paths.

Responsibilities
  • Assembly of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components according to drawings and schematics.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Contribute to a positive and solution-oriented team culture.

Location: Smedjebacken

Employment: Full-time

Working Hours: Daytime with flexibility

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest in machines and vehicles. You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a positive work culture where colleagues support each other. You are engaged, have a holistic perspective, are meticulous, and structured. Since Rolling Mill works in close-knit teams, they value that you are unpretentious, flexible, and have a desire to develop together with your colleagues.

As the role involves many contacts, we see that you have good collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications
  • Education in industry, electrical, vehicle, or equivalent work experience
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
  • Driving license B
Meritorious
  • Experience in workshops or industry
  • Knowledge of reading drawings
  • Good computer skills
