Our partner LSAB is in need of more Production Assistants for their industry in Långshyttan!

We are therefore looking for someone who is curious and interested in learning new things within an exciting and interesting industry. Do you have a strong work ethic, enjoy practical work, are driven, and have good teamwork skills?

About the position

Your tasks will consist of various service operations for bandsaw blades and saw blades, i.e., grinding, assembly, alignment, and packaging. Some loading tasks are done with the help of a forklift, which means that a forklift license with categories A and B is an advantage but not a requirement. Please specify any forklift certifications in your application. At LSAB, you will have the chance to develop within a new industry, where training takes place on-site in production.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is curious about learning new things. You are a problem solver who tackles the challenges and tasks that arise. You are a team player who values the team over the individual and enjoys collaborating with your colleagues. We also value your personal qualities such as commitment, precision, and safety when you work. We would like you to have a background in the industry in the form of either relevant education and/or work experience, but the most important thing is that you see this as an exciting challenge and something you are eager to learn!

A valid driver's license B and access to a car are required. You will work daytime during the introductory weeks and then switch to a 3-shift schedule, which means you need to be flexible and enjoy a variety of working hours. You will work early mornings, late evenings, and weekend shifts.
