We are looking for a driven team leader for our warehouse

This is about taking responsibility. Your main task is to lead and distribute the work during your shift. It is you who ensures that we meet our key figures and quality assure our processes, of course together with and through your team. Teamwork is central!

Our production facilities are complete factories for complex system assemblies with very high quality requirements, as well as injection molding in machines from 25 up to 2300 tons with the possibility of several different techniques. Production is in constant operation, and we have daily follow-up of our activities and target images to quickly respond to any deficiencies and changing requirements and directives.

Focus in the role

• Lead and distribute work during the shift
• Ensure that goals are met
• Monitor quality and act if something is not right
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse manager and production management

Your background

We assume that you are a good colleague and have the ability to create team spirit and thrive in a production environment. We believe that you:

• Have experience in warehousing, logistics, and leadership
• Are results-oriented and detail-oriented
• Are used to making decisions and standing by them
• Are pedagogical and communicative
• Are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed
