ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will work independently on various projects unpacking systems from boxes, mounting them in racks, connecting cables, and ensuring everything works and is intact, and then also connecting the systems to the internet. The role involves some travel around Stockholm and nearby cities.

You will also support with the following tasks as needed:

• Independently troubleshoot and find solutions to technical problems related to IT
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
• Account administration in Active Directory/Azure AD

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying a post-secondary education in IT/Technology
• Has very good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is technically interested
• Has experience working in a self-driven role and taking initiative
• Is meticulous and can keep time
• Experience in IT support 1st line, troubleshooting computer problems, and user management
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS
• Basic knowledge of AD and M365
