The Beautiful Views Railway is looking for a driven and service-oriented person for our draisine rental!
About the position
As part of our team, you will:
*Rent out draisines and conduct briefings for customers before they cycle away.
*Manage bookings and answer questions via phone and email.
*Help solve problems that may arise along the railway.
*Work together with a wonderful and close-knit team.
*Be involved in developing and improving our operations.
*Be on-call.
*Fill in as a conductor on our trains and retrieve draisines as needed.
No day is the same – with us, you will have a varied workday with plenty of customer contact and problem-solving!
