Summer Staff Wanted at Jureskogs in Sundsvall

We at Jureskogs in Sundsvall are looking for summer staff, the work involves varied working hours such as every other weekend, daytime, and evening shifts.

We are looking for a quality-conscious and cheerful colleague. Jureskogs is on an important and fun journey through Sweden to change the perception of fast food; we want to serve fast food without junk, with fantastic ingredients and well-designed restaurants. But we are just at the beginning. Even though many of us are very experienced, we as a group are still somewhat beginners. We have much to learn and a long way to go, so all of us (maybe you) who are with us from the start must enjoy it. You must appreciate change, flexibility, and problem-solving to thrive with us.

We are looking for someone who loves burgers as much as we do! (Okay, maybe not QUITE as much as we do, but you must love people! A fast-food experience, as we see it, lies as much in all of us who work here as in the burger itself). We want friendly and cheerful types who can provide a happy experience for both us in the team and our guests, even when the clock is late or when the pace drains your energy like the last sips of soda slurped through a straw. (Pure poetry!). It may sound overwhelming, but we help each other to be good. Always.

PS. It’s good if you don’t listen TOO much to the boss; we need driven colleagues with their own initiatives. With us, it’s never boring: Your tasks vary!

We love fast food, especially burgers. We naively believe that almost everyone does. It’s simple, tasty, and fun! But standing in the way of this obviousness is a widespread belief that fast food equals junk food. And in many cases, that is true. We are going to change that! Why should simple mean bad? Bad for you, for the environment, and for animals? That’s completely backward! What we like best should also be the best, and there should be goodness in good. This shapes everything we do at Jureskogs, from supplier choices, personnel policy, product development, and general decency.

Culture is important to us; we believe that we can never become a nice place for our guests to hang out if we are not a nice place to work. Everything starts with the people who work here and how we work together. Who wants to work or eat at a place with a bad vibe? We call our culture High Five.
