Your Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch support and service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Analyze customer needs and issues to offer solutions that enhance their experience.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure that technical solutions are tailored to customer needs.
Train and guide customers in the use of digital products and services.
Follow up on customer feedback and suggest improvements to increase satisfaction levels.
Handle sensitive information securely and legally while preventing fraud against it.

What We Are Looking For:
Fluent in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or German as well as English, both spoken and written.
Experience/knowledge in IT support, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.
Ability to work proactively and with a problem-solving focus.
Good communication skills and a strong customer focus.
Good analytical skills.
A positive and curious attitude towards learning new things.
