Do you want to work for one of the leading ferry companies in the Baltic Sea? We at Finnlines are now looking for deck crew for the summer of 2025 – and for those looking for long-term opportunities, we also offer good chances for a permanent position! We operate from Malmö and traffic Malmö- Travemünde and Malmö- Świnoujście.

Are you a sailor with extensive experience in ferry traffic / Roro? Are you a cheerful and pleasant shipmate?

We are now looking for you who are a qualified sailor/deckhand with a few years of experience for our Swedish-flagged vessels.

As a sailor with us, your main areas of work will be loading and unloading, watchkeeping, and maintenance work.

We are looking for someone who is interested in their work and enjoys working in a fast-paced Ro/Pax traffic environment.

Qualifications

You have sailor certification (or deckhand certification) Other qualifications that are good to have:

· Sailor certification ( STCW MANILA)

· Medical certificate for seafarers ( STCW MANILA)

· Basic Safety training ( STCW MANILA)

· Certificate for special maritime security duties ( STCW MANILA)

· Lifeboats and Rescue Boats ( STCW MANILA)

· Preferably also Crowd management

· Preferably also Fast Rescue Boat ( STCW MANILA)

We prefer that you have previous experience with Ro-Ro or Ro-Pax vessels.

The positions are for temporary employment starting in spring/summer, with great chances for extension!
